1 Bunch Kale
1 Bunch Swiss Chard
1-2 Onions
4-5 Cloves Garlic
Handful of Pine Nuts
One pkg Pasta
1 1/2 Cups Cream
1/2 Cup Grated Havarti Cheese
2-4 leaves Fresh Basil
1 tbs Flour
1 tbs Olive Oil

Cook pasta noodles of your choice, as pkg says. While pasta is cooking you can jump ahead to below. Drain pasta when ready and set aside.

Fry onion and garlic in bit of olive oil for about 5-10 minutes. Add chopped kale and swiss chard and continue to fry all together for another 10 minutes or so or until kale and swiss chard fry down and onion and garlic are starting to brown. Throw in pine nuts for last bit and fry for a few more minutes. Set aside until sauce is ready.

To make the cheese sauce, cook cream and grated cheese in a pot, on low – medium heat, until cheese has melted. Make sure to keep stirring so it doesn’t stick. Added in chopped, fresh basil. Lastly, add in a spoonful of flour and stir continuously until sauce thickens.

When sauce is ready, mix everything together with the pasta and serve immediately. Add fresh pepper, to taste, if you wish.
