Directions

  1. Heat up Olive Oil in a skillet on medium heat
  2. Fry Onions, then Garlic with Salt & Pepper
  3. Add Zucchini & Shrimp
  4. Add Mushrooms
  5. Add blanched greens
  6. Add spices
  7. Sautée until soft
